Refund Policy
Dojo12.com | Effective date: June 4, 2026 | Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when refunds are and are not available for purchases made on Dojo12.com. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.
1. All sales are final
Our products are digital goods delivered electronically and accessible immediately after purchase (online courses, quizzes, flashcards, audio lessons, videos, and downloadable materials). Because the content is delivered and consumed instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and payments are, as a general rule, non-refundable.
2. Discretionary, case-by-case review
We want you to be satisfied. Even though sales are final, we may, at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, review a refund request in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- a duplicate charge or a clear billing error;
- a proven technical problem that prevents you from accessing the content and that our support team is unable to resolve within a reasonable time;
- other exceptional situations we consider fair to review.
Any refund granted in these cases is at our discretion and does not waive this policy for future purchases.
3. How to request a review
Email contact@dojo12.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We will respond within a reasonable time. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
4. No refunds for outages
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not provide refunds, credits, or compensation for temporary interruptions, downtime, or maintenance, or for issues caused by your own device, internet connection, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
5. Consumers in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun with your prior consent. By purchasing and accessing the content immediately, you expressly request that we begin supplying it before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has begun. If you have not yet accessed the content, your 14-day withdrawal right still applies — just contact us. This policy does not limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
